How long do your baked goods stay fresh?

All our products are baked fresh to order. They are best enjoyed within 5-7 days of arrival when stored in an airtight container at room temperature, or up to 3 months if frozen immediately.

Do you offer nationwide shipping?

Yes, we ship across the country using express couriers to ensure your treats arrive as fresh as possible. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

While we pack our treats with extreme care, accidents can happen during transit. Please email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Are your products suitable for people with allergies?

Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten. While we follow strict cleaning protocols, we cannot 100% guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because we start preparing your dough and batters shortly after an order is placed, we can only accept cancellations or changes within 2 hours of the order being made.

How do I track my delivery?

Once your order has been dispatched from our bakery, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
